Q.	I'm a member but when I try to login I get an error stating Invalid username/password.
Ans.	The most common reason for this is that your membership expired and you did not renew it. Also make sure you are using the correct username and password, both your username and your password are case sensitive. If you are having a problem please submit a ticket at the help desk.
